Position Overview
We’re seeking a reliable and motivated Pavement Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. This hands-on role supports the repair and maintenance of asphalt surfaces and is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical outdoor work and take pride in a job well done.
Key Responsibilities
- Demolition and removal of asphalt
- Patching using hot and cold mix asphalt
- Crack sealing
- Application of pavement sealer
- Line striping for parking lots, roadways, and other surfaces
- Assisting with job site setup, cleanup, and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Construction experience preferred but not required — we’re willing to train the right candidate
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
