Job Purpose
To handle checking statuses and providing updated mailing addresses when received from mail returned by the post office. To provide superior customer service in answering customer calls using the company’s proprietary violations software and call center phone systems. Assist Call Center Manager with duties within the department.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Process Georgia registration holds & approvals.
- Answers email requests from Call Center leads regarding violations in Registration Hold or Registration eligible status.
- Compiles weekly updates and reporting on Registration Hold activities to be available to management for a review
- Monitor Georgia registration Hold email and chat.
- Answers incoming Georgia registration Hold calls in a timely and professional manner using a polite tone and good grammar and diction.
- Research and troubleshoots customer inquiries related to the photo enforcement programs within the communities.
- Notates RedCheck system daily with accurate detailed call comments.
- Notifies Team Lead of escalated issues on a timely manner.
- Provides customer support in completing credit card transactions & RH removals.
- Provides customer support in completing credit card transactions for violation payments by mail daily. (if this is a task you would like for them to assist with)
- Maintain & secure and process credit card payments, keeping them locked up at all times.
- Checks work e-mail and other company communication channels daily.
- Respond to correspondence via written communication from all departments.
- Performs other duties as assigned in the absence of the call center Manager.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate’s or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is strongly preferred.
- 1-2 years of data processing experience.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc; Windows Desktop).
- Good English written and verbal communication skills.

Working Conditions
The Return Mail Clerk will spend long hours sitting and working on a computer. May also have to do some light lifting of supplies and materials from time to time.
