We are looking for an experienced garden center manager who is ready to run a store. This role comes with real autonomy: you will make the daily decisions, build your team, set the tone on the floor, and have direct input into how the business operates.
We care about financial performance — and we want a manager who does too. You will have full visibility into the store's revenue and will be compensated in part based on how the store performs. Your expertise, judgment, and leadership directly affect your own earnings.
Our ideal candidate has been an assistant manager or store manager at a retail garden center and is ready to take real ownership of a well-loved location.
