We are currently expanding our New Lehi team and seeking Licensed Therapists who specialize in Play Therapy, Trauma, and work with Children, Teens, and Families. Bonus if you also work with couples.
Location: Lehi, Utah
Position Type: Part-Time with opportunity for Full-Time as caseload grows

Responsibilities
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy to children, teens, and families using evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions.
- Utilize play therapy techniques for young clients in a safe and engaging way.
- (Bonus) Provide therapy for couples navigating relational distress, trauma, or life transitions.
- Attend team meetings and advanced trainings to deepen clinical skill and team connection.
- Maintain documentation and billing in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
- Stay informed of current research and modalities in trauma and child/adolescent care.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Licensed (LCSW, LMFT, CMHC) or under supervision with hours toward full licensure.
- Strong experience working with children, teens, and families.
- Training in Play Therapy, EMDR, or other trauma-focused modalities preferred.
- (Bonus) Experience working with couples using evidence-based methods such as EFT, Gottman Method, or similar approaches.
