Description
Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients in their place of residence according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment..
Requirements
M-F 8-5, Nevada and Yuba county Mileage is in addition to the bill rate.
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- One year of professional nursing experience: Required
- Acute care facility or home health experience: Preferred
Licenses/Certifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required
- Valid Driver?s License (DL) and must be at least 21 years of age or older: Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQI BLS) certification: Required
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per week
