REQUIREMENTS:
-2 years cooking experience preferred in a fine dinning or fine-casual, chef driven restaurant setting
-Ability to work on your feet for 6-10 hours per day
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Team oriented

- Ability to work with local, seasonal, fresh ingredients
-Ability to adapt and meet the expectations of a busy private club setting
