Experience required! Join our landscaping team as a Landscape Laborer and or Crew Leader, position has variety of outdoor projects, including lawn care, landscape maintenance, hardscape installation, and irrigation management. You'll be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while fostering a safe and efficient work environment.
Duties
- landscaping projects such as planting, lawn care, and grounds maintenance.
- Operate equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems
- irrigation management tasks, ensuring systems are properly maintained, and repaired to promote healthy landscapes.
- Driver and or worker
- Coordinate team activities to ensure timely completion of outdoor projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening with a strong understanding of horticulture principles.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems installation, repair, and management is highly desirable but not a must.
- Ability to identify various plants and trees accurately; familiarity with plant health care is a plus.
- Skilled in operating grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, hardscape tools, and company vehicles safely.
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to manage crew members effectively.
- Outdoor work experience in diverse weather conditions; physically capable of performing manual labor for extended periods.
- Must be able to Pass a Back Ground check for ID badges
These positions pay are negotiable with the more experience you have.
Pay: $620.00 - $850.00 per week
