- Continuously improve recruiting systems and processes.
- Lead orientation and training sessions for new caregivers.
- Partner with leadership to ensure our staffing goals are consistently achieved.
Who You Are
You are someone who naturally connects with people.
You enjoy competition because you love achieving meaningful goals. You're energized by conversations, enjoy earning trust, and know how to motivate others to perform at their best.
You don't need someone looking over your shoulder—you take ownership, solve problems, and keep moving forward.
Most importantly, you understand that great leadership is about helping other people succeed.
What We're Looking For
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop others
- Goal-oriented, competitive, and motivated by achieving measurable results
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Quick learner who embraces technology and new systems
- Comfortable presenting and teaching small groups
- Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-first mindset
Experience We'd Love to See
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- HR Generalist
- Recruiting or Talent Acquisition
- Staffing
- Sales or Business Development
- Account Management
- Admissions or Enrollment
- Hospitality or Retail Management
- Customer Success or Relationship Management
Experience with hiring platforms, applicant tracking systems, Indeed, onboarding, or credentialing is a plus—but we're happy to teach the technical side to the right person.
Why You'll Love This Role
This is an opportunity to build something.
You'll help shape the future of our recruitment department, develop people, improve systems, and play a key role in the continued growth of our company.
You'll work alongside a leadership team that values initiative, accountability, continuous improvement, and serving others with excellence.
If you believe great relationships drive great results—and you're ready to build a winning team that makes a real difference every day—we'd love to hear from you.
