MittelCo LLC is looking for hardworking, motivated individuals to join our growing roofing team. This is a commission-based position with paid training and the opportunity to earn substantial income based on performance.
We are looking for people who are confident communicators, self-motivated, and ready to work hard. Roofing or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Generate and close new roofing sales
- Meet with homeowners and build strong customer relationships
- Communicate with homeowners throughout their projects
- Attend insurance adjuster meetings
- Manage sold jobs from sale through completion
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers and leads
- Represent MittelCo LLC professionally

- Reliable transportation
- Sales or roofing experience is a plus, but NOT REQUIRED
