Railroad (QMP) Certified Mechanic / Inspector: MUST HAVE RAILROAD BACKGROUND. These are On-Site setting / positions. Required expertise in troubleshooting electrical & mechanical issues with Locomotives. Company supplies all specialty tooling. This is a secure location. This is a drug free workplace. The Positions are 40 hours per week, (2) weeks Vacation to start, (1) week of Sick Time, Holidays, Great Medical / Dental Insurance with a Vision program and a Company Matching 401K Program. You must be able to work days and nights.
You will be 1 of a 6 person team on two shifts working on Locomotives and Passenger Cars. Great working environment with NO DRAMA. The starting pay is for a Certified QMP Railroad Mechanic is $30.00 per hour at the Norfolk, VA location . Salaries may differ according to location.

** 1.5 years experience is required.
** Random Drug and Alcohol Testing Plan heavily enforced due to Federal Regulation.
