Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, answering questions and assisting with their needs.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of public spaces and facilities.
- Engage with guests to promote seasonal offerings and enhance their overall experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are necessary for interacting with guests.
- A willingness to learn new skills and take on diverse responsibilities is highly valued.
