The Emerald Learning Center Seattle is seeking a dynamic Executive Program Director and educational leader to help run and oversee new school programs in its Washington State network of schools. We are looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of curriculum innovation, staff development, systems design, strategic growth and executive leadership.
The hybrid leadership role is ideal for a seasoned principal or instructional leader ready to help build a high-impact program and constitutes an exciting chance to take on an executive level position in charge of an enterprise that aims to provide the best-in-class services for children who are neurologically different.

The Executive Program Director will enjoy significant autonomy to build the program in a state-of-the-art newly built-out facility.
You will need the following minimum qualifications to be considered:
- Obtained a Master’s degree;
- 5+ years of experience in managing and supervising staff;
- Proficiency in problem-solving, organization, and time-management skills;
- Professional communication, written and spoken;
- Proficient in the use of modern office technology;
- Have reliable transportation;
- Must clear a current background check through the FBI & DOJ;

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
