Kettlehead Brewing Company is a looking for a passionate, reliable and responsible Line Cook to join our Tilton kitchen team. This could turn out to be just what you needed to jump-start your career with opportunities to grow within the company.
Responsibilities include:
- Efficiently prepare stations to ensure a successful lunch/dinner service
-Maintain proper food temperatures, storing, cooling, hot holding, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness in addition to health and safety standards
- Ensure quality food comes out simultaneously with team members.
- Strong Communication Skills
-Collaborate with the Executive Chef to prepare the best dishes possible
-Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are properly cleaned and sanitized at the end of every shift.
We pride ourselves on the culinary creations served from our scratch kitchen and are looking for an experienced Line Cook to help support our team. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience in a restaurant. Candidate must be capable of taking direction as well as directing staff and multi-tasking effectively.
