Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Minivan/SUV Owner to join our team as a Part Time Delivery Driver. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking up and delivering auto parts safely and efficiently to customers locations. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, and utilizing our customers app correctly to load and deliver auto parts. This route will pick up and deliver parts locally. The route runs Monday through Friday, from 10a-3pm. The route averages approx. 80 miles daily. Pay is weekly direct deposit, with one week held back. Duties
- Operate personal minivan or SUV to deliver and pick up auto parts to/from designated customer locations.
- Load and unload auto parts, ensuring they are secured properly during transit.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with our customers, dispatchers, and managers.
- Some heavy lifting when required.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation by using customers apps correctly to scan, take pictures, enter signatures, and enter notes.
Skills
- Proven experience of at least one year as a delivery driver.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Capable of heavy lifting and loading/unloading items safely.
- Strong organizational skills for loading vehicle for timely deliveries.
- Familiarity with delivery apps a plus.
