Huckleberry Electric is hiring a skilled and motivated 02 Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team as a Lead Technician. This role is ideal for someone who can independently run residential service and installation jobs while delivering high-quality workmanship and a strong customer experience.
We specialize in panel and service upgrades, EV charger installations, generator and battery backup systems, and full home rewires. We are looking for someone who takes pride in clean, efficient work and wants to grow with a company that is scaling quickly.
Responsibilities:
Run residential electrical jobs from start to finish
Perform panel upgrades and service/meter replacements
Install EV chargers, generators, and battery backup systems
Complete full and partial home rewires
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues
Communicate clearly with customers and explain solutions (Slack App knowledge helps)
Document work orders, notes, and invoices using ServiceTitan
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Qualifications:
Active Washington State 02 Journeyman Electrician License
Minimum 3–5 years of residential electrical experience
Strong experience with:
Panel changes and service upgrades
Meter replacements
EV chargers
Generators and/or battery systems
Home rewires
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software preferred
Ability to work independently and manage jobs without supervision
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay: $40.46 - $56.68 per hour
