Our motto is, “Survival of the Littlest” ; help us do just that!Successful candidates will need to demonstrate that they can SWIM, BE DISCIPLINED, BE NURTURING, BE PUNCTUAL, BE RELIABLE and BE ENERGETIC .* . *Basic Function : Teaching people of all ages how to become safe and happy swimmers. The best part of it all is that we will train you! Responsibilities:
- Follow and demonstrate correct teaching methods as directed by the Company.
- Assist in setting up the facility for our classes.
- Greet our clients and ensure that children are properly enrolled in the class.
- Provide a fun and positive atmosphere while teaching.
- Maintain a high level of awareness so as to ensure your students’ safety during class.
- Communicate accordingly and positively with students and their parents or guardians.
- Execute emergency procedures, if necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work independently and professionally.
