Job Responsibilities: Maintains the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel while following Health Department and Brand guidelines, promotes safety, good emloyee and guest relations. Departmental scheduling of staff, hiring, coaching and counseling. Overseeing Deep Cleaning of Guest Rooms and Common Areas. Working along side team members to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Open availability required.
Skill Requirements: Able to maintain inventory and control costs, select and train a motivated and skilled staff, ability to effectively communicate, maintains a positive, cooperative work environment, assist in laundry when needed. Responds to guest needs promptly to ensure the best possible guest satisfaction experience.
Physical Requirements: Standing long periods of time, walking, bending, twisting, lifting, kneeling, and stooping as needed. This is a fast paced and physical environment.
Education: Minimum HS Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous housekeeping experience required. Previous management or Supervisor experience preferred. We are willing to train the right individual.
