We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, offering recommendations and creating a lively atmosphere.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and billing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards.
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible serving practices, especially in nightclubs or banquet settings.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators for catering or banquet service to meet guest expectations seamlessly.
Experience
- Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining, nightclub, or banquet service is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order management.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Experience in retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards.
