iNurse Delegate is a nurse-led healthcare consulting and delegation company that partners with assisted living facilities, group homes, and care providers across Texas. We specialize in RN delegation, clinical oversight, staff training, compliance support, and high-acuity consulting services for senior care communities.
We are growing rapidly and are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Community Liaison / Business Development Representative to help expand our presence throughout the DFW area.

Position Overview
The Community Liaison will focus on building relationships with:
- Assisted Living Facilities
- Memory Care Communities
- Group Homes
- PAS Agencies
- Home Health & Hospice Providers
- Healthcare Professionals and Community Partners
This role is primarily field-based and relationship-focused. The ideal candidate enjoys networking, meeting new people, visiting facilities, and helping healthcare providers connect with valuable clinical resources.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person visits to assisted living facilities and healthcare providers
- Build and maintain professional referral relationships
- Represent iNurse Delegate at networking events and community functions
- Introduce facilities to iNurse Delegate services and programs
- Schedule meetings and presentations with administrators and decision-makers
- Follow up consistently with leads and referral partners
- Track activity and opportunities in CRM or reporting system
- Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies and outreach campaigns
- Assist with social media and marketing initiatives as needed
Qualifications Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare, senior living, hospice, home health, or marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable networking and building professional relationships
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally throughout DFW
- Organized with the ability to manage follow-up and lead tracking
Bonus Experience:
- Assisted living or senior care industry experience
- Community liaison or outside sales experience
- CNA, caregiver, or healthcare background
- Social media or marketing experience
Compensation
- Base Pay +Commission up to $8k per month!
