American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a night shift position at a nationally ranked, Level I trauma academic medical center in Durham, NC.

Short-term acute care hospital setting with 978 staffed beds
-
Respiratory and Neuro Diagnostics unit
-
Major teaching hospital and Level I trauma center, nationally ranked in multiple adult and pediatric specialties

Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00–07:30

Charting via Epic EMR
-
Current RRT credential required
-
Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required — all must be in hand at time of consideration

Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience preferred

Epic EMR experience required
-
Compact or North Carolina (NC) state license in hand at time of consideration — license required if applicable

1 supervisory reference from within the last year required

Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

Flu vaccine is required from October 31 through March 31, with no exemptions accepted
