A Strategic Account Executive plays a crucial role in driving revenue and building customer relationships within an organization. On a day-to-day basis, they are responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts to secure new business opportunities. They spend a significant amount of time researching market trends, understanding customer needs, and developing tailored solutions that meet those needs.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Source, develop, and close net-new enterprise revenue by identifying high-potential opportunities, often in territories such as hospital systems, providers and payers.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders (CIOs, CEO SVP Operations) to align AI initiatives with company business goals.

Translate complex technical AI capabilities into clear business value, ROI, and operational impact.

Develop comprehensive, long-term strategies to expand AI footprint within assigned accounts, often through tailored, "land-and-expand" motions. Act as a strategic bridge between enterprise AI strategy and functional execution, ensuring AI initiatives are aligned to measurable business outcomes including productivity gains, scale enablement, cost efficiency, and product innovation.

Navigate long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (often 12–18 months) involving complex legal, security, and data privacy negotiations.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field

3–7+ years’ experience in healthcare operations, analytics, or health tech

7–12+ years of enterprise SaaS, data platform, or technical sales experience.

Proven ability to understand AI/ML workflows, data platforms, and APIs.

Fluency in enterprise sales methodologies.
