We are currently seeking a Supervising Pre-Litigation Attorney with strong leadership skills and a proactive mindset to join our growing team.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and supervise case management teams in the pre-litigation department.
- Direct and monitor case progress from intake to settlement.
- Review and evaluate medical records, demand packages, and supporting documentation.
- Provide legal guidance and oversight to ensure files move efficiently and in line with firm protocols.
- Monitor all key deadlines, including statutes of limitation.
- Maintain communication with clients, insurance adjusters, co-counsel, and opposing counsel.
- Train and mentor case management team to support professional development and departmental consistency.
- Assist with negotiation and settlement strategy, including pre-litigation resolution efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION
- Active member of the California State Bar, in good standing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury claims.
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience required (2+ years preferred).
- Strong case management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficient in managing medical treatment review and demand preparation.
- Skilled in negotiation and working collaboratively across legal teams.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
