But, if you're into being physically fit and mentally strong, this job could be for you. The tree care industry is exciting, fun, and dangerous, all at the same time. This is why we hire only candidates that are smart, strong, and drug free. In fact, we prefer that you have little to no tree care experience- this makes it easier for us to train you.
Qualifications are being fit, healthy, and having a good attitude. People with an active lifestyle are preferred.
Payroll and employment is by the book, so you'll need to be eligible for employment in the US and we pay weekly with a proper paycheck. You must also be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
We start with a 1 week and then a 90 day probationary period to see if you are a good fit for our organization, then train and build you further from there.
Some of many responsibilities include moving brush, heavy wood, chainsaw work, pruning, climbing, brush chipper operations and truck driving.
Employment is restricted to people who live in the area around Santa Barbara, Carpinteria, Goleta, etc. So if you don't live within this area, don't apply.
