Essex County construction firm in business for over 70 years is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our construction team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate is passionate about construction management, possesses strong organizational skills, and has experience coordinating multiple stakeholders to achieve project goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead diverse projects and make a tangible impact on our community infrastructure.
Public Contract work experience is a PLUS!!
Experience
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project scheduling and site coordination.
- Familiarity with construction estimating software.
- Hands-on experience with construction site operations, including blueprint reading and schematics interpretation.
- Skilled in ProCore or other project management platforms for planning and tracking progress.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction safety standards.
