Job Summary:
Join our team as an RN Supervisor, where you'll play a key role in ensuring quality care and smooth clinical operations. You’ll lead and support a team of licensed and certified nursing staff, make critical care decisions, and foster a safe, resident-focused environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and guide nursing staff in delivering exceptional resident care
- Plan and coordinate daily staffing with the Shift Manager
- Respond to emergencies and make nursing judgments beyond routine staff decisions
- Monitor patient care standards and ensure policy compliance
- Communicate with physicians and families regarding care updates or concerns
- Support staff development, performance discussions, and corrective actions when needed
- Provide technical nursing assistance and leadership during rounds and treatments
- Ensure proper documentation, cleanliness, safety, and infection control on the unit
What We’re Looking For:
- Current RN license in the state of North Carolina
- 2+ year of nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to make sound clinical decisions in real-time
- Supervisory experience preferred
