Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and energetic 26-foot Box Truck Delivery Drivers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a 26-foot Box Truck to deliver and pick up guest mobility equipment such as strollers, wheelchairs, and ECV's across designated routes. Your enthusiasm for customer service and dedication to safety will ensure timely deliveries while providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 26-foot box truck, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Load and unload cargo using powered lift gate
- Deliver goods to various locations efficiently along assigned routes
- Perform maintenance services for mobility equipment, including strollers, wheelchairs, ECV's, lockers and other allied equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring accurate deliveries and professional interactions
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Assist with warehouse tasks such as moving inventory and organizing shipments
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and delivery records
Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience operating 26-foot box trucks or similar medium-duty commercial vehicles preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Experience with warehouse operations, including loading/unloading and inventory handling
- Familiarity with route driving, heavy lifting, moving supplies, and safety procedures
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent with manual transmission experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
If selected, employment is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of a background check, pre-employment drug test, and driving history evaluation.
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
