Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure every patient has an excellent experience.
- Scrub charts for the next work day, schedule next cleaning appointment.
- Verify medical history and other intake forms are completed prior to seating patient.
- Complete prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, or Sc/RP procedure as scheduled (1 hour blocks).
- Take radiographs and complete periodontal probing as scheduled.
- Give patients feedback on their oral health, as well as customized OHI for their needs.
- Complete clinical notes.
- Clean and sterilize instruments.
- Turn over room for next patient.
- Be present for quarterly team meetings.
- Participate as a member of a team.
- Other tasks as assigned.
