Precision Manufacturing Technician/Machinist
FlawTech manufactures precision flawed specimens and calibration standards used by customers in aerospace, defense, power generation, oil & gas, manufacturing, and NDT training industries worldwide.
We are seeking a highly motivated Precision Manufacturing Technician/Machinist to join our team in Concord, NC.
Our work is different from a typical production machining environment. We manufacture a wide variety of custom and low-volume products requiring precision, problem-solving, and craftsmanship.
Experienced machinists, CNC operators, EDM operators, toolmakers, and other mechanically skilled manufacturing professionals are encouraged to apply. EDM experience is not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
Position Summary
This position combines precision manufacturing, EDM machining, quality inspection, troubleshooting, and product development support.
