We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong phone etiquette, data entry skills, and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
**Insurance Licensing is a key component to this position and a necessary requirement within the first 90 days. During your initial training period you will attend a 3 day licensing prep class training at NSU in Broken Arrow to become licensed to service and sell insurance.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with order processing, returns, and complaints.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Utilize computer systems to manage customer accounts and data entry tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve issues.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in a call center or office environment is preferred.
- Strong client services background with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele.
- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and account management.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
