Anchor Stone HVAC Duct Fabrication Inc. is a growing commercial HVAC duct fabrication company serving general contractors, mechanical contractors, HVAC contractors, and commercial construction projects throughout New England.
We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Outside Sales & Business Development Representative to help expand our customer base and strengthen relationships within the commercial construction industry. This position combines outside sales, business development, customer relationship management, and digital marketing support.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Outside Sales
- Develop new business opportunities with:
- General Contractors
- Mechanical Contractors
- HVAC Contractors
- Project Managers
- Estimators
- Purchasing Managers
- Visit contractor offices, customer facilities, construction sites, and project locations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Prospect for new business through networking, cold calling, referrals, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry events.
- Identify upcoming commercial construction projects and develop relationships early in the bidding process.
- Follow up on quotations, bids, and proposals until projects are awarded.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure excellent service and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
Customer & Project Support
- Coordinate with estimating, engineering, production, and project management teams.
- Ensure customer requirements are communicated accurately throughout each project.
- Monitor project progress and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Marketing & Lead Generation
Assist with the company's marketing and business development initiatives by:
- Updating and maintaining the company website
- Publishing project photos and completed project highlights
- Creating and updating product information
- Improving website SEO
- Managing Google Business Profile
- Supporting LinkedIn marketing campaigns
- Assisting with email marketing campaigns
- Generating qualified online sales leads
- Helping promote the company's brand across digital platforms
CRM & Sales Administration
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect records.
- Track sales activities, opportunities, and follow-up schedules using CRM software.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Maintain organized documentation of customer communications and project opportunities.
QualificationsRequired
- Minimum 3 years of outside sales or business development experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
- Experience selling to commercial contractors
- Commercial HVAC industry experience
- Sheet metal fabrication knowledge
- Mechanical construction experience
- Construction project management experience
- Experience using CRM software
- Website management experience (WordPress or similar CMS)
- Digital marketing knowledge
- SEO and Google Business Profile experience
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
- Experience generating and qualifying sales leads
Compensation
- Base Salary: $45,000 per year (Negotiable)
- Commission: 3% commission on all new business you generate
- Unlimited earning potential
