- Take pride in keeping your home and surroundings clean
- Notice problems and take initiative to solve them
- Are dependable and follow through on commitments

OPPORTUNITY TO EARN MORE
We want this arrangement to reward someone who helps make the community better.
Additional bonuses may be available for:
Successfully filling vacant homes or lots Improving rent collections
Completing approved improvement projects Meeting quarterly property-condition and operating goals
As the community improves and produces more income, there will be opportunities for the right person to earn additional compensation.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
We're not looking for someone who simply lives here and occasionally mows the grass.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in being able to say:
"I help take care of this community."
Our goal is to have the property looking noticeably better within the first 90 days and then continue making small improvements every month.
If you're dependable, handy, take pride in your surroundings and would benefit from living rent-free, we'd like to hear from you.
Please send us a short message telling us:
- A little about yourself and your current work situation
- Your maintenance, handyman or property experience
- Why a live-on-site arrangement interests you
- When you could potentially move
- How long you would ideally like to stay
Background screening and references will be required.
Pay: $800.00 per month
