Position Summary
II Corps is seeking SOF-experienced JTAC Instructor/Evaluators to deliver JTAC instruction, evaluation, and fires training support to special operations units for a Department of Defense customer in the Camp Lejeune, NC area. Multiple positions are available. This position is contingent upon contract award: if we are successful, you are the first call we make; if we are not, there is no cost or obligation to you — just a standing relationship with a veteran-run company that recruits in this community year-round.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide JTAC instruction, simulator training, and unit-level and mission qualification training to JTACs under instruction and other personnel as directed
- Conduct JTAC evaluations (if JTAC-E qualified) as directed by program leadership
- Support fires training with scheduling, program of instruction (POI) development, curriculum review, and execution
- Assist with range and supporting-asset scheduling and mission duties for range operations
- Support JTAC program management, including qualification tracking and program administration
Required Qualifications
- Held or exceeded a JTAC-Instructor (JTAC-I) qualification as a uniformed member, contractor, or GS position in accordance with JFS ESC AP MOU 2024-01 (JTAC Ground) and applicable service directives
- JTAC-I/E qualification obtained or renewed within the last 48 months
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a special operations forces (SOF) JTAC
- Active Secret clearance on day one
Preferred
- Experience exceeding the minimums above — depth, recency, and continuity of service are valued
- JTAC-Evaluator (JTAC-E) qualification
- Prior experience developing or executing JTAC qualification programs or SOF training events
Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
