About the Role
Are you a plumbing leader who is passionate about more than just "fixing pipes"? We are looking for a Branch Manager to own the growth and development of our service department in Orlando. Your mission is to mentor our technicians, optimize our service delivery, and help us scale our fleet while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism in Central Florida.
This isn’t a "sit behind the desk" role. You will be the architect of our team’s success, spending time in the field coaching and in the office refining our service strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years of plumbing experience with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
- The "Coach" Mindset: A proven track record of taking junior technicians and helping them become top-tier service professionals.
- Business Savvy: Familiarity with menu-based pricing and field service management software.
- Local Expertise: Deep knowledge of Central Florida’s plumbing landscape and codes.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
