Regional Clinical Director – Skilled Nursing Facilities

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Regional Clinical Director RN to lead and support clinical operations across our skilled nursing facilities. This is a key leadership role for someone passionate about driving high standards of resident care, mentoring nursing teams, and ensuring regulatory excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide clinical oversight and support to Directors of Nursing and clinical teams across multiple SNF locations.
- Ensure facilities maintain compliance with state, federal, and company standards for quality of care.
- Collaborate with facility leadership to improve clinical outcomes, manage risk, and enhance resident experience.
- Assist with training, onboarding, and mentoring of nursing leaders and clinical staff.
- Lead initiatives in infection control, QA/QI, staffing support, and survey readiness.
- Serve as a resource and liaison between facility teams and corporate leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active RN license in PA
- Minimum 3–5 years of DON or multi-site clinical leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
- Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance, clinical best practices, and SNF operations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.

Pay: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
