Compensation
Full Annual Range (All Bands Considered):
$63,161 – $94,741/year (DOE)
Hourly Equivalent:
$33.74 (min) – $50.61 (max)
Typical Hiring Range:
Most candidates land in the mid-range depending on years of experience, certifications, and critical care background

Open Roles
Respiratory Therapist – Days
- Provide respiratory care across inpatient units and emergency services
- Manage vents, respiratory treatments, and ABGs
- Assist with airway management and intubations
- Collaborate with intensivists and nursing teams
- Float as needed to affiliated freestanding ED coverage
Respiratory Therapist – Nights
- Work in a high-acuity overnight environment with strong critical care exposure
- Manage ventilators, BiPAPs, HiFlow systems, and emergency respiratory support
- Support ICU, inpatient, and emergency department patient populations
- Opportunity for additional shift differential compensation

Requirements
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required
- Arizona Respiratory License required
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
- NRP required for NICU-trained candidates
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
- EPIC experience required
- CRT candidates cannot be considered
