About the Role
As a Laundry Aide at West Suburban Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facility. You will be responsible for sorting, washing, drying, and folding laundry for our residents and staff. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will ensure that our residents receive clean and comfortable linens, towels, and clothing.
Responsibilities
Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry for residents and staff
Ensure all laundry is cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the laundry room and surrounding areas
Operate laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and ironing machines
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet productivity standards
Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of our facility
