ARC International is the leading supplier of rollers, supplies, and services in the flexographic printing industry. We specialize in fabricating and refurbishing high-performance printing rolls.
We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist/Welder/Inspector to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate is experienced in operating manual lathes and milling machines, with a high degree of precision and attention to detail.
Applicants MUST reside in Las Vegas, NV or within reasonable driving distance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate manual lathes, including 4-jaw chuck setup and indicating within less than .001"
- Perform welding and inspection on incoming products
- Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and correctly
- Adhere to shop safety procedures and quality standards
Preferred Skills:
- Welding experience is a plus
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a manual machinist
- Strong understanding of shop math, blueprints, and measuring tools
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on the fly
- High level of precision and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
