Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems across various properties, ensuring optimal indoor air quality and climate control. Your expertise will help create comfortable, safe environments for occupants while adhering to safety standards and industry best practices. Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions.
- Conduct routine inspections of HVAC equipment to identify potential problems before they escalate.
- Perform plumbing work related to HVAC systems, including pipe fitting and leak repairs.
- Utilize diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other testing devices to evaluate system performance.
- Repair appliances and mechanical components using welding, equipment repair techniques, and mechanical skills.
- Maintain detailed service records, work logs, and reports for all maintenance activities performed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a service technician specializing in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration) systems.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
- Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, plumbing systems, ammonia refrigeration (a plus), and boiler operations.
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively.
- Experience with field service tasks including appliance repair and property maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driver’s license (CDL) is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to HVAC/R systems and property maintenance environments.

Pay: $26.47 - $34.15 per hour
