We aren’t a clinical laser clinic or med spa; our focus is on bespoke, results-driven skincare delivered in a serene, non-medical environment without the pressure of heavy sales quotas or corporate medical protocols. While our heart is deeply rooted in artisanal, manual touch and sculpting, we thoughtfully blend these with advanced, non-invasive modalities and results-driven science to elevate the skin.

What You’ll Do Here
- Deliver Bespoke Treatments: Perform custom, results-driven facials across our 30-, 60-, and 90-minute service tiers, tailoring every touchpoint to the client's skin.
- Curate Global Home Care: Prescribe and educate clients on advanced, active home-care lines. While we lean toward elite European and professional-grade formulations (experience with lines like Biologique Recherche or Skinbetter Science is a massive plus), your love for global skincare research and ingredient knowledge will help shape our menu.
- Execute Advanced Modalities: Utilize your expertise across a thoughtful suite of techniques—balancing specialized facial massage and lymphatic drainage with advanced, non-invasive tools including dermaplaning, chemical and physical exfoliation, precise extractions, radio frequency, microcurrent, oxygen infusion, LED light therapy, and specialized protocols like SkinPen Microneedling, Exosome therapy paired with CO2 masks, and BioRePeel.
- Create Sanctuary: Maintain an immaculate, serene treatment room and provide a deeply relaxing, private experience for our high-end clientele.
Who You Are
- An Established Professional: You ideally have 5+ years of dedicated hands-on experience in a high-end day spa or boutique skin studio. Crucially, you bring an established local following or an existing client base that knows and trusts your touch.
- A Champion of Natural, Unique Beauty: You are a firm believer in non-invasive, results-oriented care that celebrates individuality. Your goal is to nurture, sculpt, and protect healthy, glowing skin while championing and preserving the unique, beautiful features that make every face distinct. You understand that there may be certain clients that require laser treatments for specific skin concerns and are happy to refer out to another medical practitioner that specializes in those treatments.
- A Natural Conversationalist: You are entirely comfortable holding effortless, sophisticated conversations with high-net-worth clientele. You know how to read the room—whether a client wants a quiet, silent nap or a warm, engaging chat or skin-coaching session.
- A Licensed Esthetician: You hold an active Michigan Esthetician License in good standing and treat skin health as both a science and an art.
- A Lifelong Learner: You are obsessed with skin barrier health, facial anatomy, and staying ahead of global skincare innovations. You are constantly seeking out new avenues of education, looking into advanced training, and eager to master emerging techniques and tools to elevate your craft.
The Perks & Partnership
- Guaranteed Ramp-Up Support: Because we are building this sanctuary from the ground up for our early 2027 opening, we know building a book takes time. While you grow your clientele, we provide a generous hourly base wage safety net. Once you are busy, you transition seamlessly to our service commission—whichever pays you more for your hours worked.
- Lucrative Commission Structure: Competitive service commission starting at 30% for year one, scaling up to 35% and eventually 40% based on tenure and performance milestones, plus starting at 10% retail commission.
- Hours & Commitment: Looking for an average of 30 to 40 hours per week, balancing hands-on treatment time, continuous education, and retail curation.
- Secure W-2 Employment: Fully compliant W-2 structure within a gorgeous, non-medical boutique setting featuring ample on-site parking, total privacy, and a community of clients who value true wellness and casual luxury.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
