Motherhood Massage and Melot Chiropractic is a collaborative, family-owned, chiropractic and massage clinic that is looking for a full-time front desk representative who wants to be a part of our quickly expanding clinic.
This is a hybid pay position - hourly and commission bonus based on appointments. See compensation section for details.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Greet clients warmly and check them in/out with professionalism and care
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle scheduling/rescheduling of appointments
- Manage the clinic schedule to maximize efficiency and reduce gaps in bookings
- Sell memberships and packages as fit to the client
- Process payments, memberships, and gift card sales accurately
- Keep the front desk and waiting area clean, organized, and inviting
- Support massage therapists and management with administrative tasks as needed
- Provide basic information about services, pricing, and promotions to clients
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and records
- Assisting patients with complaints and taking an active role in service recovery when needed
- Perform other administrative, and clinical support duties as needed
- Coordinate scheduling and communication with attorneys, law offices, and motor vehicle accident patients to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain and manage motor vehicle accident (MVA) patient case schedules, ensuring treatment plans remain current, appointments are kept up to date, and any missed or rescheduled visits are addressed promptly.
- Monitor motor vehicle patient files and assist in tracking treatment progress, outstanding appointments, and documentation needed for attorneys and insurance claims.
- Perform other administrative and clinical support duties as needed.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag while working.
We are looking for an individual who will be passionate about the quality of care and customer service that Motherhood Massage/Melot Chiropractic provides, and who also invested in the growth of the clinic.
Candidate would also be friendly and have a strong ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Important qualities include STRONG computer literacy skills, excel at multitasking, and make excellent customer service a priority.
Because we have very efficient hours, we are a very fast moving clinic, so multitasking is a must.
Responsibilities include processing patient payments, scheduling office visits, answering the phone and responding to text messages, restocking supplies, and general office duties.
In addition to the above skills, the ideal candidate possesses keen interpersonal skills, has a warm and inviting presentation, and is respectful of client confidentiality. List of duties include, but are not limited to:
Prior experiene is NOT required. We value a willingness to learn, a cheerful personality, and a trustworthy character. All of our procedures and protocols can be learned, and training will be provided.
COMPENSATION
We believe in rewarding team members who contribute to the growth and success of the clinic. This position is designed for someone who wants more than just an hourly job—it's an opportunity to grow with our practice and directly benefit from that growth.
Compensation consists of:
- $10.00 per hour, plus
- $2 for every patient appointment completed at the clinic.
