Warehouse Associates are essential members of our operational team, responsible for preparing, processing, and packaging product orders. This role requires precision, pride in workmanship, and a consistent commitment to safety, speed, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform custom cutting and pre-cut pad production with efficiency.
- Operate Accucut machines and assist with all pad manufacturing processes.
- Prepare orders through pick and pack, labeling, and staging. Ensure packaging meets quality and branding standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
- Follow verbal and written instructions, including training language guidelines.
- Support inventory tracking and waste management procedures.
- Participate in all assigned training sessions and safety reviews.
- Ability to teach and train new hires when required.
- And all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Must have reliable transportation.
Overtime required occasionally including weekends.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
