As a Senior Human Resources Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the HR team to deliver high-quality support to both employees and management. You’ll handle everything from coordinating onboarding and leave administration to maintaining employee records and facilitating training programs. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage daily HR inquiries and ensure compliance across all HR activities.

Respond to routine HR inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.

Maintain accurate records related to the employment lifecycle, including onboarding and off boarding.

Coordinate leave administration, including FMLA, STD, and Workers’ Compensation paperwork.

Manage new hire onboarding, including orientation and paperwork.

Support managers with HRIS navigation and training.

Assist with payroll, time, and attendance processing.

Conduct HR file audits for compliance purposes.

Ensure positive employee relations through proactive communication and issue resolution.

Previous HR experience required (4+ years)

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (or the ability to learn quickly).
