Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Journeyperson Electrician to join our team. As a Journeyperson Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various settings. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Perform commercial electrical work, including wiring, lighting, and power distribution
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine the layout of electrical systems
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as frame carpenters, to ensure proper installation of electrical components
- Utilize power tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently and safely
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Qualifications:
- Valid Drivers License
- Proven experience as a Journeyperson Electrician in a commercial or residential setting
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
-Knowledge of Solar PV systems .
- Familiarity with frame carpentry and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople
- Strong understanding of electrical principles and codes
- Ability to use power tools and equipment effectively and safely
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Expected hours: 35 – 60 per week
