You will support the day-to-day operation of the school by providing excellent front desk service and completing administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
You will help with:
- Front desk operations and customer service
- Scheduling and calendar maintenance
- Parent and student communication
- Administrative records and data entry
- Attendance and billing support
- Lead and enrollment administrative follow-up
- Show and event support
This is a hands-on administrative role. Success requires reliability, attention to detail, organization, and a positive attitude.
- Provide a friendly, professional front desk experience for students and families
- Answer phones, respond to messages, and direct questions to the appropriate team member
- Assist families with routine questions about lessons, schedules, programs, and school activities
- Maintain accurate lesson, rehearsal, and student schedules
- Make scheduling updates and changes according to established procedures
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and administrative information
- Assist with billing questions and administrative billing tasks
- Process enrollment and registration information accurately
- Assist with new lead follow-up and administrative communication
- Help schedule tours, trial lessons, and other appointments
- Support the Studio Coordinator and leadership team with daily administrative tasks
- Assist with show preparation, events, and other school activities
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk
- Support local marketing and community activities as requested
- On time = early and ready before your shift starts
- Complete assigned administrative tasks accurately and on time
- Respond to parent and student communication promptly and professionally
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail
