McElhenney Construction Company, LLC. is hiring a Senior Estimator / Project Manager.
- Background in Heavy Civil Construction
Responsibilities include:
- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor quotations
- Prepare all bid proposals with estimating team
- Review and finalize estimates for management approval
- Construct project budgets after a proposal is awarded- Work with customers to ensure contract documents are delivered and finalized
- Assist with Operations team to ensure subcontractors are approved and coordinated
- Assist with Operations team in procuring required materials
- Attending meetings, events, and business development opportunities on behalf of the organization
