Our ophthalmology practice is looking for someone to join our Communication team! We are seeking a Communications Specialist to manage patient communication including but not limited to: providing customer service to patients by telephone, scheduling appointments, collecting required information, assisting with insurance, patient portal messages, incoming referrals, incoming faxes, website responses, as well as managing all incoming phone calls as part of the Communications Department team.
This position requires an ability to multi-task while being detailed oriented, flexible and friendly. The ideal candidate will have very strong follow-through and follow-up skills. Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to join our team!
This position is full-time (30-40 hours weekly), We provide training, offer medical insurance, dental insurance, PTO, 401K with 4% match, holiday pay, employee discounts and the opportunity to work with a very nice, fun, dedicated team.
No evening or weekend hours!
