Duties

- Oversee food production processes, from ingredient sourcing to final presentation, maintaining strict adherence to food safety standards.
- Manage inventory control and food handling procedures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels for smooth kitchen operations.
- Coordinate with catering, banquet, and restaurant teams to deliver exceptional service during events and daily service hours.
- Implement food safety protocols, monitor sanitation practices, and ensure compliance with health regulations.

Experience
- Proven experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurant settings with a focus on Creole or similar cuisine.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience managing kitchen teams in busy hospitality environments.
- Extensive background in food preparation, menu planning, and culinary arts within the food industry.
- Familiarity with banquet service, catering operations, and event food management is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and kitchen operations management.
