We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team across a variety of administrative and operational functions. Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Support Accounting department with various duties such as data entry and filing
- Support Human Resources with new employee onboarding and payroll
- Purchase office supplies
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Coordinate general office upkeep and administrative needs
- Other related Office Management duties
Skills
- Expert in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Proven office management or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
