Responsibilities
- Perform Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume lash extension services.
- Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate lash styles.
- Educate clients on proper aftercare.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation.
- Capture quality before-and-after photos of your work.
- Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience.
- Maintain professionalism and punctuality.
Qualifications
- Current Maryland Esthetician or Cosmetology License
- Lash Extension Certification
- Minimum 1 year of professional lash extension experience
- Strong isolation and lash application skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, coachable, and self-motivated
- Must have an established clientele and be able to bring existing clients to the studio.

The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a lash artist who is passionate about their craft, committed to providing an elevated client experience, and excited to grow alongside a supportive, faith-based beauty brand. An existing clientele is required, as this position is ideal for an artist looking for a beautiful, professional space to continue building their business while benefiting from additional studio-generated opportunities.
