At HOTWORX, we're more than a gym—we're a 24/7 infrared fitness experience that helps people maximize their results in less time. We're looking for team members who love creating exceptional member experiences while helping grow our amazing community.
What You'll DoCreate Amazing Member Experiences
- Welcome every member and guest with enthusiasm and positive energy.
- Help members feel comfortable using our infrared saunas, workouts, and technology.
- Educate members on the HOTWORX App and Burn Off Challenge.
- Answer questions and provide recommendations on hydration, recovery, and retail products.
- Build relationships that keep members motivated, engaged, and excited to return.
Sales & Membership Growth
- Introduce guests to the HOTWORX experience and help them find the membership that's right for them.
- Follow up with leads, prospects, and trial guests.
- Meet and exceed membership and retail sales goals.
- Participate in community outreach, networking, and promotional events.
- Help grow studio traffic through referrals, guest passes, and local partnerships.
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Assist with social media content, engagement, and studio promotions.
- Represent HOTWORX at local events, apartment communities, and business partnerships.
- Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
- Contribute creative ideas for events, promotions, and member challenges.
Studio Operations
- Complete opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
- Assist with daily operational checklists and studio maintenance.
- Ensure all areas reflect HOTWORX's high standards of professionalism and cleanliness.
What We're Looking For

- Comfortable talking with new people and building relationships
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable and punctual
- Interest in fitness, wellness, health, or sales
- Social media savvy
- Previous sales, retail, hospitality, fitness, or customer service experience is preferred.

Schedule
Part-time position with a minimum commitment of 12 hours per week.
